The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Fill it out! Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email. I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send. I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Keep the tone of the letter formal. Make sure that there is no grammatical mistake in the letter. Keep the letter to the point. Although it is a warning letter, don't get rude with the contractor.
The date of the letter. Name of the contractor. Name of the project. Reference. Comprehensive statement of what exactly is due or underperforming. The warning message (consequences)
Explain the reason why you are introducing the person or product and/or service to get the reader's attention. Give background details about your experience with the person or using the product and/or services. You can even add references if you want in the letter.
First, compile all paperwork. Fire them. File a claim if contractor is bonded. File a complaint with the state licensing board if contractor is licensed. Request mediation or arbitration. File a suit in small claims court. Hire an attorney. File complaints and post public reviews.
Greet the contractor professionally. Add an appropriate subject line. Address the person by their name. Be direct. Don't jump to conclusions. Add a signature with contact details.
To start a formal email, write “Dear,” the recipient's first name, and a comma on the first line. If you don't know the name, use “Greetings” instead of “Dear.” Write “Mr.,” “Mrs.,” “Dr.,” or “Professor” and use the person's last name instead of their first name to be extremely formal.
Contractors requesting prepayments or progress payment for work must be licensed with the Government of Alberta as a pre-paid contractor. You can verify by contacting the Consumer Contact Center at 1-877-427-4088 or visit Service Alberta.
If they're still interested, ask if they can deliver the estimate to you within two to five days. This accomplishes two things: It reinforces that you're a serious, valuable customer, and it demonstrates that you'll be clear and reasonable about what you need to be happy if you were to move forward together.
