EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

How do I print my visa appointment letter?
Visit the CGI Website. Login with your username and password. Once you log in, the home page is the Dashboard. Click on the Appointment Confirmation link. You can either download the appointment letter (which includes both consular and VAC appointments), or you can email it to yourself or someone else.

What is visa appointment letter?
An Appointment Letter comes from the U.S. Consulate General when a visa interview has been scheduled or is ready to be scheduled. Depending on the country and visa type, the appointment letter can be an email or a physical letter. Visa applicants must bring the appointment letter to their interview.
Can I change my VFS appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment (for a future date only) and up to a maximum of two times. If you are late or have missed your appointment on the scheduled day, the system will not allow you to reschedule or cancel, and you will be required to book a new appointment after 24 hours.
