Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

Internet Explorer: Select File in the upper left corner of the screen, and then select Print. Chrome: Select the three stacked dots the upper right corner of the screen, and then select Print.
Then look in the upper right-hand corner of the screen while the result is open. You will see a small printer icon. Click on that icon, and you can then print the results. This 'printer' icon is also used on other screens to print information from Chart.
Please fill out the online Activation Code Proxy Request form. You will receive your Chart activation code in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. Once you activate your Chart account, you can then view your child's account by clicking on the tab with their name (on the right side of screen).
Access the App Store or Android Market on your mobile device. Search for 'Chart' to locate the application. Download the free Chart application. Launch the Chart application and select Cleveland Clinic as your healthcare provider. Log in using your Chart username and password.

Please enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Enter your date of birth in the format shown, using 4 digits for the year.
