It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.

How do I make a fingerprint appointment?
Click Schedule an Appointment on the right side of the screen. Enter the Field print Code provided by your employer. Enter the contact and demographic information required by the FBI and schedule a fingerprint appointment at the location of your choosing.
Can I go to Identity without an appointment?
Q: Do I need to make an appointment before showing up at an Identity site? A: Appointments are not required, but preregistration is required. Once registered, applicants may walk in during a location's posted hours of operation, but scheduling an appointment may lead to lesser/no wait times.
What do I need to bring to Identity appointment?
Visit an Identity enrollment center. Present a government issued I.D. with proof of U.S. citizenship (i.e. a passport or birth certificate, see a complete list of acceptable identity documents.) Credit card payment of $85 for a five-year membership (that's only $17 a year!).
How long does it take to get results from Identity?
*How long does it take to get results back? Generally, it takes FILE 1-3 business days to send results to the requesting agency. Each agency has their own internal processes once they've received fingerprint-based background check results, so completion times vary according to agency.
How can I reschedule my Identity appointment?

Please enter the registration ID (RIGID) of the registration you want to edit. Please enter the email address used to schedule your appointment.
How much does Identity cost?
Name-based checks range in price from $5 and up, depending on the specific databases being checked, what information is being verified and how much research is required. A standard National Criminal Database background check with a reputable background check provider will cost in the range of $20-$30.
How long does a Field print background check take?
Your criminal history results are available online for 30 days from the time Field print receives the results from the FBI. If you do not access your results in this 30-day period, Field print is required to purge them from our system.
How long does it take to get fingerprint clearance?
The length of time it takes to process fingerprints can vary from as short as two weeks to as long as two months. We highly recommend that you complete the fingerprinting process well in advance to ensure that you achieve security clearance before the start of pre-service training.
