I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

filling our immigration docs that were not savable and this app totally helped me to save them and get back to the docs when I have more info. Awesome. One recommendation: I would like to be able to save to a specific file in my computer rather than have to move from the download file :-)

I typically use this App for simple documents like resumes and other common forms in PDF format and it truly works wonders! I can edit my documents with ease! Just make sure you familiarize yourself with the tools shown. I have no complaints. It's very user-friendly!

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.

Why does Asuncion need an affidavit?
An affidavit is a form that allows you to provide additional information required to process your claim. Affidavits are sometimes used to prevent possible fraudulent activity on your account and ensure that only authorized users on the account are able to file a claim.
What happens if I don't return my damaged phone to Asuncion?
Simple. Be honest and return the damaged phone to Asuncion, or they will charge you a couple of hundred dollars as a penalty. HOWEVER, if you owe $1400 to AT&T they can blacklist your new replacement phone if you default on your bill.
Do I have to return my damaged phone to Asuncion?
You are required to return your damaged or defective device using the prepaid shipping label provided with the replacement device. You will need to return the damaged or defective device within 10-15 days to avoid non-return charges. Check your wireless carriers' program specific information.
How much is the non-return fee for Asuncion?
The 300 fee is to cover the cost of the phone they shipped you, not to let you keep the damaged device. Asuncion owns that device, they will black list it, and you can be held liable for insurance fraud if you sell or use it. Just send it back to them, or cancel the claim and ship back the device they gave to you.
What does Asuncion do with returned phones?
Asuncion covers loss, theft, accidental damage, and malfunction the big ones most people file claims for. Once your insurance claim is approved, you'll be told if Asuncion is electing to repair or replace the device, if it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight. It may be new, or it may be refurbished.
Can you sell Asuncion replacement phone?
Can I sell a phone that I just received from Asuncion? Insurance phones do not have to be activated before they can be sold / changed to another mobile #. Yep, sell it. Just remember, the phone is going to say “Asuncion” on the sticker behind the battery, so don't forget to say it's an insurance replacement.
Does Asuncion send new phones or refurbished?
Once your insurance claim is approved, you'll be told if Asuncion is electing to repair or replace the device, if it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight. It may be new, or it may be refurbished. A phone charger, battery, and a SIM card will be included.
How long does it take for Asuncion to send a new phone?
Most of the time it only takes one to two days.
