good program, found it easy to use. I really like the layouts and how user friendly it was. My only concern was the pricing for me, I only needed to use it for a couple of project a month and I found cheaper yearly memberships elsewhere

Good service Good service. It's more than I want to pay. I don't use it enough to justify the price. If I need these type of services again I would return to this company.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Touch the Control icon. An arch of additional icons appears, as shown, left. Choosing the More Options icon. It's the middle icon. Touch the Picture Size icon. The icons disappear and the Picture Size menu appears. Choose an available resolution.
Pixel density So, if you see 72 dpi it means that the image will have 72 pixels per inch. If you see 300 dpi means 300 pixels per inch, and so on. The final size of your image depends on the resolution that you choose.
Your computer monitor shows images at a web resolution of 72 dpi (that's 72 dots per inch). A common photograph print resolution is 300 dpi (that's 300 dots per inch). What does this mean? Basically, you can't print images off the web and expect them to look what you see on the screen.
All files must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). If you submit low-resolution files for printing, you will not be happy with the quality of your printing. Below are examples of a low resolution (72 dpi) file and a high resolution (300 dpi) file.
72DPI stands for 72 dots per inch. The term 72 dpi is used to express the resolution of a screen and measure the density of pixels in an image that is being stored or viewed on a computer. Digital images are made up of pixels (or dots).
Saving images “for web” has nothing to do with saving them at 72 DPI (or PPI, pixels per inch) resolution. An image's resolution will have no effect on how it appears on your screen. As screens and printers have improved, the 72 DPI rule for web resolution is now completely irrelevant.
