Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

I think PDFfiller is a good product. They have so many features, it just take you a little while to get around. I will recommend this product to anyone.

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.

How do I get my notary seal?
To get a notary stamp, first you'll need to become a notary public in your state by filling out an application, passing the exam, and paying any applicable fees. Once you've received your notary public commission, check to see if your state has any requirements for your notary stamp, like an embossed seal.
Is a raised seal required for notary?
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp.
Do notaries have to have a seal?
NOTE- Although the use of an official seal is not required by law it is prudent that all notaries use a seal when performing notarial acts. NOTE- Round stamp must contain any ink color OTHER THAN black or yellow ink. Seal impression must be photographically reproducible.
How do I know if my notary stamp is legal?
Find a notary public. They can easily be found by searching at the American Society of Notaries. Review the stamp imprint. Look at the document once it has been stamped. Check clarity.
Does Massachusetts require a notary seal?
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts does not offer notarial seals for sale nor does the Secretary of State endorse any specific vendor.
How long does it take to get my notary stamp?
Notary Seals and Embossers are custom-made to your state's specifications with the information shown on your commission paperwork. Once your documents have been received, your stamp will be shipped within 3 business days. Some states require paperwork to be submitted to us before issuing a Notary Bond.
How long does it take to get your notary commission?
If your state requires training, an exam, or other requirements, the process can take 7 9 weeks. It may take more time if the state is processing a lot of renewal applications too. If your state's requirements are minimal, the process to become a Notary can take up to 4 weeks.
