Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.

Very helpful
The support system is excellent. I was allowed to converse with an agent within a few seconds. The agent also resolved my query immediately along with suggesting a few options. It was a very good experience.

Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!

What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.

How do you get your high school diploma after 21?
You can either get an official high school diploma or be well-prepared to take on the GED® exam. In the U.S. you are only allowed into high school until you are 21, and once you're over that age, you will have to go to an adult high school.
At what age can you no longer get a high school diploma?
A high school diploma is typically earned around the age of 17-18 after completing four years of high school. However, for any number of reasons, students are not always able to complete their schooling and are sometimes unable to obtain their high school diploma.
Can I still get my high school diploma if I'm 25?
In the U.S. you are only allowed into high school until you are 21, and once you're over that age, you will have to go to an adult high school. Many adults are unaware that the GED test is not their only possibility of obtaining a high school diploma.
Can you get your high school diploma at 22?
Anyone 22 years old or older can earn a high school diploma at no cost.
Can you get kicked out of high school for being too old?
If you leave school, you have the right to go back at any time until you earn a diploma or turn 21. Your school can't kick you out because you are too old, don't have enough credits, or have poor grades.
Can I still get my diploma if I'm 19?
If you have less than two years of high school to complete (and your age 19 or younger) you should return to high school and earn your diploma. If you have more than two years of high school remaining, and you are older than 19, the GED is your best bet.
