PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

In Chrome, click Bookmarks→Bookmark Manager. You should see a new tab with the bookmarks and folders listed. Select the Bookmarks Tab folder on the left. Click the Organize link, then Add Page in the drop-down. You should see two input fields. Paste the JavaScript code below into the second field.

Show the Bookmarks Toolbar by right-clicking on an empty section of the Tab Strip and checking Bookmarks Toolbar in the pop-up menu. Drag the bookmarklet from the page to your Bookmarks Toolbar. It should appear on the toolbar.
A bookmarklet is a normal bookmark with a piece of JavaScript code instead of a web address. When you click or tap the bookmarklet, it will execute the JavaScript code on the current page instead of loading a different page, as most bookmarks do.
