Prompt Text Record: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format for business purposes, thanks to the accessibility. You can open them on any device, and they will be readable and writable the same way. PDF files will always appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on a Mac, a Microsoft one or use a smartphone.

The next key reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any confidential data in them from person to person. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve read their documents in order to track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, modify, sign, and send PDF files directly from your web browser tab. The editor integrates with major CRM software to edit and sign documents from other services, such as Google Docs or Office 365. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Collaborate with other people to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

As a real estate broker, I have used the PDF Filler to fill out contracts and personal forms. Ease of use. I was able to figure out how the software worked and used it within 15 minutes. This was great because I needed it as soon as I could get it working! I honestly believe the software can be figured out easily by the vast majority of people. If not, they should be able to get assistance easily.
