Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.

How do you reverse proofread?
Read your work backward, starting with the last sentence and working your way in reverse order to the beginning. Supposedly this works better than reading through from the beginning because your brain knows what you meant to write, so you tend to skip over errors when you're reading forwards. Read your work out loud.
How do you proofread fast?
Start with the assumption that you will find errors. Don't think of proofreading as a safeguard. Use a spell checker, but know its limits. Read out loud. Read backward. Go slow to go fast. Accept the fact that someone will have to do it.
How long does it take to proofread?
How long does proofread take? You should try to leave plenty of time for editing and proofreading, but if you have a hard deadline, it's important to find a service that can deliver on time. Most companies offer various choices of deadline, but it's best to plan a minimum of 24 hours for proofreading.
How many words can you proofread in an hour?
Allowing for all the factors mentioned, an experienced professional can usually proofread and correct 2000 to 3500 words per hour about 611pp. In many books and 2500 is typical.
How do you ace a proofreading test?
Remove any distractions, so you can concentrate on proofing your work. Look for one type of writing problem at a time (first spelling errors, then word usage, etc.). Read your writing out loud and silently.

Slow down. Proofread line by line and focus on each line. Know your own weaknesses. Do not proof for every type of mistake at once. Read your work aloud. Eliminate distractions. Make a hard copy. Sleep on it. Don't be afraid to cut.
Is having someone proofread a paper cheating?
YES! It is most certainly okay to have someone proofread your essay before you submit it. It is NOT okay to have someone write your entire essay for you or edit it in such a way that it takes away from your voice. However, as with writing anything, proofreading is an integral part of the writing process.
