It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. Very good. need a merge pdf button and convert from jpg to pdf like the Company SMALLPDF.COM I USE BOTH.. yours and theres to do my work, you have the best type and sign function, and they don't ... thats the only thing they are missing.

What do you like best?
One can easily edit, e-sign and share PDF documents online. Very effective while converting PDFs.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't let other forms of documents to convert. Only allows PDFs.

It is not possible or difficult to e-sign your documents by using other websites or applications. Best website for e-sign.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
