I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . When I realized I had to solve a problem involving this company, I prepared myself for a multi-day, inconvenient annoyance. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a prompt reply which ended swiftly in a satisfactory way ... even though it turned out to be my own fault!
