Necessity for any business I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing. What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this. What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

In hard copy proofreading, corrections typically appear in the left or right margins beside the line containing the error. A mark is also placed in the text to indicate where the correction needs to be made. A caret (^) indicates an addition, and a line through the text indicates a deletion or a replacement.
Proofreading marks (also called proofreaders' marks) are symbols and notations for correcting typeset pages. The proofreader places these marks in the margins and in corresponding lines of text. A slash separates marginal marks that appear on the same line.
Applying the Proofreading Marks Open the document that contains the text you wish to proofread. Copy the text from this document and paste into the open Proofreading Marks Adding document. Click and drag the cursor on the text that requires the mark, then click the drop-list in the Proofreading group on the ribbon.
A stroke through a capital letter means set it in lowercase. Three lines under a lowercase letter mean to make it a capital. One line under a word means to set in italics. A series of strike-throughs means to remove underlining.
Insert something. The 'something' will be written in the margin next to the mark. Put in a space. Mind the gap and close it up. Make it lower case. Make it upper case. Change to italics. Change to not-italics (or Roman as it's called in the trade). Change to bold.

Apostrophe: The apostrophe mark is an apostrophe in an inverted insert mark. Quotation mark: The mark for a single quotation mark is a quotation mark in an inverted insert mark. Capitalize: To capitalize mark is three horizontal lines under the letter that should be capitalized.
Proofreaders' Marks Today's proofreaders' mark allows you to swap two letters or words. Sometimes those typing fingers just go so fast that our letters jumble, or our cutting and pasting goes a little awry and our words end up in the wrong order. The transpose mark
