Perfect Software for Small Business I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Give it a rest. If time allows, set your text aside for a few hours (or days) after you've finished composing, and then proofread it with fresh eyes. ... Look for one type of problem at a time. ... Double-check facts, figures, and proper names. ... Review a hard copy. ... Read your text aloud.
Read your work backward, starting with the last sentence and working your way in reverse order to the beginning. ... Read your work out loud. ... Always proofread a printed version of your work. ... Give yourself some time.
Work ahead. The best way to see your paper fresh is to walk away from it for a few days. ... Listen to your teachers. ... Plan to read your paper several times each time for a different challenge: Always run spell-checker. ... Read your paper out loud. ... Use a ruler. ... Circle your suspects.

Before proofreading, set your work aside for a while so that you can look at it with fresh eyes. Ideally you should wait at least a day or two before final proofreading, but if you're on a tight deadline, even a half hour break can help.
Slow down. Proofread line by line and focus on each line. ... Know your own weaknesses. Make a list of common errors and check every document for those errors, one at a time. Do not proof for every type of mistake at once. ... Read your work aloud. ... Eliminate distractions. ... Make a hard copy. ... Sleep on it. ... Don't be afraid to cut.
