I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The best service ever! As a chiropractor, I am able to fill out my exam and soap notes with pdffiller then save them in the encrypted files for Hipaa compliance. My office is on its way to paperless as we speak. I love this service. Highly recommend it to all.

So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
