Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I don't like to pay in US Dollars!
Takes a bit of a time to get used to the software. I was not aware that the prices are in US Dollars otherwise I would have opted for a Canadian companyOver all a very good software with many built in options to choose on.
