I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.
