Very helpful in my law practice. Ease of filling out a variety of documents. Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out. I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

It works great and I had 1 slight problem It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. The “Protect worksheet and contents of locked cells” option is enabled by default; enable it if it's not.
Steps for Excel 2010 and 2013, 2016, 2019 Step 1: Click “File” on the toolbar and then select “Open”. Step 2: Navigate and open the locked file. Step 3: Select “Review” tab on the top ribbon and click “Protect Sheet”. Step 4: Enter password, file will be unlocked.
