So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. This is my first experience with an Online system. After overcoming initial issues. I now am very pleased, except you 15 limit on merge. Plus some limitations on writing MS Publisher files.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
