I really enjoyed having this at my finger tips. It was really helpful when needing to fill out a form that was left on my door step on digits. I just found the form and it was done.

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.

How do I lock a PDF from copying?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
