Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.

How do I lock a PDF for printing and copying?
The steps for setting permission password is discussed below: Open your PDF. Go to “Protect Tab. “ Click “Password. “ Enter Password. Select the “Printing allowed” dropdown. Select “None” – means to prevent printing. Select the “Changes Allowed” dropdown. Select “None” -means the highest level of protection.

Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password 6. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. 7. Select Require A Password To Open The Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
Can you restrict access to a PDF?
Note: You can set permissions to restrict others from printing the document, changing, editing or copying the document's content. Also, limit extracting pages, filling in form fields, or signing the document. Add a Manage Settings password to apply the security settings.
How do I lock a PDF file on my computer?
