Super Functional Tool

PDF Filler Software
The pdfFiller is a game changer. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed.

How can I record my menstrual cycle?
Decide what you will use to mark your period on your calendar. You can simply write, “1st day,” “2cd day,” and so on, or you can choose to use a symbol of some sort. How are you supposed to track your period?
The easiest way to keep track of your periods is to write down when they start and when they stop. Remember the first day you begin to bleed is the first day of your menstrual cycle. On average, bleeding will usually last 3-5 days but can range from 2-7 days.
Why is it important to track your menstrual cycle?

Do you count spotting as day 1 of period?
