They don't have all language support. They should add more language support.

Select a cell and enter a formula. Place the cursor where you want to use the name in that formula. Type the first letter of the name, and select the name from the list that appears. Or, select Formulas > Use in Formula and select the name you want to use. Press Enter.
Define the named range you want used in your worksheet. Select the cells that contain formulas. Display the Formulas tab of the ribbon. Click the down-arrow at the right of the Define Name tool (in the Defined Names group) and then choose To apply Names. Click OK.
Microsoft Excel allows any cell to have a defined name, which makes creating and pointing to that cell a lot easier. For example, in a traditional formula you may subtract the value in cell A1 from B1 by using the formula =sum(A1-B1) in cell C1.
Select the labels and the cells that are to be named. On the Ribbon, click the Formulas tab, then click Create from Selection. In the Create Names From Selection window, add a check mark for the location of the labels, then click OK. Click on a cell to see its name.
