Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

I had issues with making changes and…
I had issues with making changes and saving my documents. I reached out to Support and the help I received was excellent. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

This is a wonderful software to use. No more paper-printing and scanning in. I just do everything electronically, it saves the environment as well as a lot of time.

I love how easy it is to navigate. the User-functionality makes it very easy to use and know how to create new content.

I wish there was a more user friendly version in IOS or Android App Store.

What requires an export license?
EAR99 items generally consist of low-level technology, consumer goods, etc. and do not require a license in most situations. However, if your proposed export of an EAR99 item is to an embargoed country, to an end user of concern, or in support of a prohibited end use, you may be required to obtain an export license.
Do we need export license?
Obviously, not everyone who exports needs an export license. Most goods exported from the United States don't require an export license. They're permitted to be exported under the designation NLR no license required. However, there are some select classes of merchandise that do require an export license.
Why is an export license required?
An export license grants permission to conduct a certain type of export transaction. It is up to the exporter to determine whether the product requires a license and to research the end use of the product, in other words, to perform due diligence regarding the transaction.
What is an export license?
An export license is a government document that authorizes or grants permission to conduct a specific export transaction (including the export of technology).
How can I get export license?
Apply for Import Licenses Obtain an import license. You must obtain an import license from each country you plan to export to. Procedures vary, but you can get assistance by hiring legal counsel in that country, or via contacting that country's embassy or a consul office in the U.S.
How can I export my driving License without exporting?

How long does it take to get an export license approved?
Timeline. Upon receipt of a valid License Questionnaire, it takes Export Operations generally 10 days to prepare and submit the License Application. The 60-day wait begins from the time the License Application is submitted to the U.S. Department of Commerce.
