Many solutions allow you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases at a reasonable cost.

pdfFiller’s editor has features for editing, annotating, converting PDFs into other formats, adding digital signatures, and filling out forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editing tool available via a web browser. For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Encrypt while creating Zip files Click the Encrypt toggle in the Actions pane. If you have not already done so, click the Options button that now displays in the Actions' pane to set the encryption level. Add files to your new Zip file. Enter a password when the Encrypt dialog displays.
Choose the location where you want to place the protected zip and then click on the 'Compression' button. The Set default compression options window will be displayed. Under General tab click on 'Set password' and enter your password. Complete the validation process and save your work.
Save the file to your device. Right-click on the folder. Choose 7-Zip and Open archive. A new window will pop up. Double-click on the encrypted folder and enter the password. Congrats, you now have access to the folders!
For regular files and folders, you can use built-in Windows 10 features and set individual encrypted passwords. Unfortunately, when discussing zip files its more complicated to find the right security alternatives no, you cannot set passwords for protecting zip files in Windows 10 by default.
Password-protect a ZIP file using 7-Zip Then, right-click (or tap and hold) on the files or folders that you want to compress into a password-protected ZIP file. In the contextual menu, go to 7-Zip and then to “Add to archive...”. 7-Zip opens the “Add to Archive” dialog window.
Android Zip Encryption Step 2: Tap-and-hold one item and choose Multi Select from the menu. Step 3: Select each item you want encrypted by tapping them. Step 4: Select ZIP at the top. Step 5: Choose the bubble next to ZIP and provide a name for the encrypted ZIP file.
Zip files can be password-protected, but the standard Zip encryption scheme is extremely weak. If your operating system has a built-in way to encrypt zip files, you probably shouldn't use it. To gain the actual benefits of encryption, you should use AES-256 encryption.
Locate your compressed folder or zip file in Windows Explorer or My Computer, then open the folder by double-clicking on it. From the File menu, choose To add a password (Encrypt in Windows Me), and key in your password twice then click on OK.
