Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Whatever you say to your lawyer is strictly confidential. Your lawyer cannot disclose what you tell him without your consent, and, even if he did, what you tell him cannot be used as evidence against you in court. Your lawyer is there to assist you in handling the matter, and cannot do this if he is kept in the dark.
Yes. Many lawyers provide free initial consultations to determine if the client has a case and for the client to determine if they want to hire the lawyer. Even if you do not end up hiring the lawyer everything you discussed during an initial consultation with a lawyer is confidential.
The attorney-client privilege does not extend to the fact that a consultation between attorney and client occurred, or to the general subject of the consultation. It protects only the content of the communications during that consultation.
Lawyers are not allowed to discuss client's confidences. Lawyers are certainly allowed to discuss the pendency of interesting cases, much like physicians discuss difficult surgeries or new outbreaks. Unless you have evidenced the lawyer
A lawyer who turns his client over to the police for a murder confessed within the attorney-client privilege would be disbarred. No. The evidence would not be suppressed. A court, however, cannot compel an attorney to disclose confidential information that he obtained from a client or even someone seeks free advice.

Should I tell my lawyer everything? It means that you can tell your lawyer the truth, the whole truth and your lawyer cannot be compelled to testify against you or disclose confidential information. To be sure, there's a rather large exception to the attorney-client privilege, that of the crime-fraud exception.
Even if you are guilty, a good lawyer can still win your case or have it dismissed based on mitigating circumstances, but only if he knows about them. Attorney-Client Privilege Your attorney is bound by the ethics of the legal profession not to reveal whatever you tell him without your permission.
