There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

Just started using the program but have search many times before to find an easy way to access documents occasionally needed by our business. This format fits very well and will certainly increase the productivity of office hours. much thanks, Steve Rowell ( Brooks Carpet Inc. )

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
How legally binding is an affidavit?
The statement is witnessed and signed by a notary public or other law official authorized to do so. Once signed, the document is legally binding and the person signing is subject to being charged with perjury if the affidavit contains false information.
What is the purpose of an affidavit?
An affidavit is generally characterized as a voluntary, written statement taken under an oath, witnessed as well as signed by an authorized official, and used for the purpose of evidence in the court.
What does it mean to sign an affidavit?
Affidavits Law and Legal Definition. An affidavit is statement of facts which is sworn to (or affirmed) before an officer who has authority to administer an oath (e.g. a notary public). The person making the signed statement (affine) takes an oath that the contents are, to the best of their knowledge, true.
Where do you get an affidavit signed?
Usually an affidavit is signed in front of a solicitor, notary public, judicial officer or someone else who is commissioned to receive oaths.
What happens when you lie in an affidavit?
Intentionally lying on the affidavit is considered perjury, a felony under California law and punishable by up to four years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000. However, the judge does have discretion to issue a lighter sentence based on the individual circumstances of the case.
Is it against the law to lie on an affidavit?
(1) Subject to subsection (3), every one commits perjury who, with intent to mislead, makes before a person who is authorized by law to permit it to be made before him a false statement under oath or solemn affirmation, by affidavit, solemn declaration or deposition or orally, knowing that the statement is false.
Why is no one charged with perjury in Family Court?
Yes, if the opposing party has lied under oath, they have committed perjury, which is a crime. Family court is separate from criminal court, to be charged with perjury, a prosecutor has to take an interest in the case. I have never heard of a party to a family law case being charged with perjury. It still matters.
What happens if you lie in a statement?
Perjury. Perjury involves making false statements while under oath or affirmation. For example, if you give testimony at trial you have to swear or affirm that your testimony will be truthful. If you lie about something that isn't trivial while giving such testimony, you can be charged with perjury.
