I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy
What do you dislike?
I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Non really for what I use it for.

Re: how do I release a phone from my plan To cancel a line of service you need to contact Customer Service (800-922-0204 or *611 from your cell phone) or visit your local Corporate Vow store. If you're wanting to port the number to another carrier, the line will be canceled once the port is completed.
Yes. I would contact them to set up your service as normal and tell them you want to port your old number. Make sure Verizon doesn't turn off your account. If they do, then the number may no longer be available to port.
Wireless to wireless ports generally should take up to 24 hours, but could take longer. Landline to wireless ports generally should take no more than four days, but could take longer. Note: Actual processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the port and your old service provider.
Re: how do I release a phone from my plan To cancel a line of service you need to contact Customer Service (800-922-0204 or *611 from your cell phone) or visit your local Corporate Vow store. If you're wanting to port the number to another carrier, the line will be canceled once the port is completed.
To transfer your Verizon phone number to another carrier (also called porting out) you'll need to begin the process with your new carrier. If you disconnect your Verizon line before contacting the new carrier to transfer your phone number, you'll have to reactivate your Verizon number first before you can port it out.
You start the port process at the new carrier. The port itself will cancel your account with Verizon Wireless. If you cancel service before porting your number, you will lose the number. You will only have cancellation charges if you are under contract, or you have a remaining balance on a device payment agreement.
Don't terminate your existing service. Gather the information you need. Initiate a number port with the operator you are switching to. Ports usually complete within 24 hours, often in an hour or less.
To keep your mobile number and transfer it to another network, you need to request what's called a Porting Authorization Code (PAC) from your old provider and then let your new provider know the code. They will then schedule the switch.
