Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

Really easy to use once you get the hang of it. I am using it frequently, especially on State government forms that I previously would have done by hand before. Thank you.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Minimum notice periods employers must provide to employees who've been with you for less than a month have no legal right to be given notice. For everyone else, when terminating employment you must give an employee: At least one week's notice if they've been with you continuously for less than two years.
During your notice period, if you regularly attend the office, but do not work, then the organization can, as per their internal process, take such disciplinary action as may be needed. Some may say that you can while away your time since you are serving notice period. But that is not right.
Working during the notice period will show that you respect the professional relationship with your employer, and it also enables you for re-hiring in near future if required. You don't need to take new assignment or work in notice period, just wrap all the pendency and hand over your duties.
If your employer tells you not to work in your notice period Your employer should pay you as usual until the end of your notice period when your contract ends. This is sometimes called garden leave. On garden leave you'll be paid at your usual times in your usual way — you'll also pay your usual tax.
Focus on tying up loose ends. Inform those in your professional network. Remain professional throughout your notice period. Be grateful. Leave the door open. Make a big deal out of it. Think you're on a holiday. Brag about your new job.
Always give these offers your full consideration and treat them in confidence. 'Gardening leave' is a dream way to leave a job, working out your notice, on holiday or pottering around at home. For the time of your notice period, you're not allowed into work or to be employed by anybody else.
Remain focused on your work. Keep good attendance. Don't be late. Don't speak badly about the company or your boss to current colleagues. Arrange an exit interview to discuss why you are leaving to help the company in the future.
Do you have to work your notice period? Yes, employees will normally be contractually obligated to work their notice period. But sometimes it's not that simple. The statutory notice period for an employee who resigns is one week if, that is, they've been working for you for one month or more.
