How do you set formatting and editing restrictions?
To apply editing and formatting restrictions, follow these steps: Choose Review | Protect | Protect Document, and then choose To restrict Formatting And Editing from the drop-down menu. Word displays the Restrict Formatting And Editing pane.
How do you restrict editing in Excel?
