This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

How do you set formatting and editing restrictions?
To apply editing and formatting restrictions, follow these steps: Choose Review | Protect | Protect Document, and then choose To restrict Formatting And Editing from the drop-down menu. Word displays the Restrict Formatting And Editing pane.
How do you restrict editing in Excel?
Open the Excel document. Click on File. Click on Info. On the right side, click the Protect Workbook menu. Select the Protect current sheet option. (Optional) Set a password to unlock the sheet. Check the Protect worksheet and contents of locked cells option.
Why is restricted editing greyed out?
