Run the Excel whose sheets are protected from modifying. Select all the cells in the Excel by pressing 'Ctrl + A', then copy these cells by pressing 'Ctrl + C'. Create a new sheet and paste these cells in this sheet by pressing 'Ctrl + V'.
Open the Excel file, press “Alt + F11” to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications. Click on Insert, select Module. Enter the VBA code on the Module. Press F5 or click on the Run button to execute it. Wait for the process, it may take a while to respond.
Open the Excel file. (If you have encrypted the Excel file with password and forgot the opening password, go to Part 1.) Click on Review, select Protect Sheet. Enter the Protect Sheet password, and click on Ok. And then you can edit the data on this Excel Sheet again.
Open the document and enter the password to get full access. Now navigate to File > Info > Protect Document > Encrypt with Password. Now in-order to remove password you have to leave the space empty then click “OK”. Now your file is decrypted successfully.
