One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

Just now starting to use it for filling out ODAFF's and so far it is great. I would however like to be able to make templates in the personal cost bracket.

Open the Phone app and from the keypad dial *3001#12345#* and then tap the call button. Once in Field Test mode, you will see a negative number instead of the five dots in the upper-left corner. From the power off screen, hold down the Home button for roughly 5 seconds until you exit Field Test mode.
Dial *3001#12345#* and press the Call button. This will launch the Field Test Mode app and where the bars/dots were in the top left corner of the screen, you'll now see a negative number. The negative number is the decibel signal strength reading and should be followed by the carrier name and then the network type.
Check Your Phone for Damage. Make Sure the Software on Your Phone is Up to Date. Use WiFi Calling When You're on a Reliable Internet Connection. Disable LTE If Your Phone is Showing a Single Bar. Upgrade to a Newer Phone. Ask Your Carrier About a MicroCell. Change to a Different Carrier.
Check the signal bars on the cell phone's screen. Compare the number of bars on the phone to the number of bars on another cell phone from the same carrier, preferably the same model. Test the phone's reception in areas where you will be using it frequently. Power cycle the phone by turning it off and back on again.

Method 1: Check via the phone status Go to settings: Settings — About phone - Status - Signal strength. You will see two numbers, the first indicates phone signal strength (dBm), with 0 — 50dBm representing excellent signal strength.
Move up a floor (or multiple floors). Signal tends to be better on higher floors, as you're able to clear obstructions closer to ground level. Move closer to a window. Go outside. Move to higher ground. Find our where your closest cell tower is.
Simply find your way to Settings > About Phone, and your numerical signal strength will be available under either Network or Status, depending on the model of the phone you own. Being able to find the right menu screen varies across phone manufacturers, models and versions of Android OS.
Signal strengths can range from approximately -30 dBm to -110 dBm. The closer that number is to 0, the stronger the cell signal. In general, anything better than -85 decibels is considered a usable signal.
Checking your signal strength dBm is the power ratio in decibels of the radio power per one milliwatt. A signal of -60dBm is nearly perfect, and -112dBm is call-dropping bad. If you're above about -87 dBm, Android will report a full 4 bars of signal.
Go into your Settings / WiFi / Turn Off WiFi. Check your iOS and: Make a phone call to *3001#12345#* and press Call. Select Serving Cell Measurements and refer to the top item named Measured RSSI.
If an antenna cable or the power cable has slipped out of the back of antenna or the booster respectively, this will cause the device to stop working properly. Therefore, please make sure that there is plenty of separation between inside and outside antennas. Do not have them too close together.
