Frequent User Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller. I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database. It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise. My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

Satisfied customer I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. Very good tool to add editable fields… Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

A publishing contract is a legal contract between a publisher and a writer or author (or more than one), to publish original content by the writer(s) or author(s). This may involve a single written work, or a series of works. In the case of music publishing, the emphasis is not on printed or recorded works.
You should NEVER sign over IP rights to a book b/c your publisher will most likely only be one of many publishers you have for the book. Most publishing deals should last 3-5 years maximum, and then you will get the right back, at which time you can look for another publisher.
A book contract is a legally binding agreement between an author and their book publisher that dictates assignment of rights, obligations, and money earned. It will usually also dictate terms such as authors' deadlines and word count.
First and most obvious, check your contract for a termination clause. If there's no termination clause, try approaching the publisher and simply asking to be released. If you're a member of a writers' group, they may be able to help.
The average author with a first-time book deal can expect to receive an advance of $5,000 to $15,000. Once your book is released, you won't see another dime until you have earned back that advance$1.25 at a time until the advance is paid back in full.
