I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Helps me with quickly signing contracts without printing, filling out many forms that I used to hand write. keeps me organized.

I could not find a way to merge multiple PDFs unto one PDF.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

What is an attestation statement for Medicare?

In general, attestation is the process of validating that something is true. A healthcare organization must demonstrate meaningful use in order to be eligible for payments from the federal government under either the Medicare or Medicaid EHR incentive program.

Attestation. The act of attending the execution of a document and bearing witness to its authenticity, by signing one's name to it to affirm that it is genuine. The certification by a custodian of records that a copy of an original document is a true copy that is demonstrated by his or her signature on a certificate.
How do you write an attestation statement?
An attestation letter should be short, formal and to the point. Open the attestation letter with the date, month and year, then address the individual or company concerned. For example, Dear Mr. Smith or Dear Employees. The address will provide a clear statement of who is concerned in the matter of attestation.
What is a signature log for Medicare?
Information: The signature log should list the typed or printed name of the author associated with initials or an illegible signature. Note: In order for a signature log to be considered valid for Medicare medical review purposes, the log must be included as a part of the patient's medical record.
Does Medicare accept stamped signatures?
