I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

How do you improve picture quality in Publisher?
Click Commercial printing to compress the pictures to 300 pixels per inch (PPI). Click Desktop Printing to compress the pictures to 220 PPI. Click Web to compress the pictures to 96 PPI.
How do you make a picture clearer in Publisher?
Select the picture that you want to change, select the Picture Tools tab, and click Recolor. Click Set Transparent Color, the cursor changes to the transparency cursor. In the picture, click the transparency cursor on the color you want to make transparent.
How do you change the resolution of a picture in Publisher?
Click Tools > Graphics Manager. In the Graphics Manager task pane, under Select a picture, click the arrow next to the picture with the info you want, and then click Details. The Effective Resolution field displays the resolution in dots per inch (dpi).
Why are images blurry in Publisher?
This is because by default Project Publisher will limit the size of the generated diagram image to maximum 4096 × 4096 PX. If your diagram is larger than this size then the exported image will being scaled thus making the content looks blurry.
How can I increase image resolution?
Step 1: Add Image to Photoshop. From the list of menu on the Photoshop window, select Image. Step 2: Resample Image. If you want to keep the same dimensions of the image then click on the option Resample Image. Step 3: Increase Image Resolution.
