Exactly the form that I required. Repeated editing was necessary for approval of recipient and permitted by PDF filler. Direct email was most helpful to pre-empt time delays. Anticipate emailing for initials & signature - hope it works out.

I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.
