I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. The Publish & Notify button near the top-left corner of the Scheduler allows you to publish the schedule for the day, week, or month that you're currently viewing. When you're finished making the schedule, click Publish & Notify to let your employees know about their shifts.
Sign in to Later on the web. Go to Social Profiles & Access Groups. Select the Access Group with the relevant Instagram profile. Click Enable next to your Instagram profile. In the pop-up, log in to the Facebook account connected to your Instagram business profile.

Click on “Settings” in the Later Dashboard. Click on “Social Profiles & Groups” in the sidebar, and then “Edit” on your connected Instagram account. Finally, click on “Connect Business Profile” and follow the steps that show up. You've now connected Later to your business profile. This lets you automatically post!
We will add it in Preview as soon as Instagram fixes the issues they are having with their current auto-posting feature. For now Preview will send you a notification when it's time to post: Paste your caption & hashtags on Instagram (Preview automatically copies it for you)
Now, when you enable Auto Publish with Later, your photo will automatically post to Instagram at the scheduled time! You can only schedule single photos and videos directly to Instagram. To schedule carousel posts, you will still need to use notifications.
