Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

What do you like best?
Pdf Filler is extremely user friendly. I love being able to easily add signatures to documents.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that you cannot combine documents.

Excellent company. Not only does the PDF Filler work great, but when I asked for the annual fee to be refunded after I neglected to cancel my subscription, it was done so immediately and graciously.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of.

I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

Asuncion does a 12-month warranty on all devices that they send out. You're still in that time frame, so that's who you'll need to speak with. If you call CS, and they realize you're using a phone that's from Asuncion, they're supposed to warm transfer you over there to handle the replacement.
