I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
