I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Easy Peasy
We are an international company and approvals from everywhere around the globe are always needing signatures.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Affidavit of Publication means a sworn statement in writing AF- firming the publication of the notice issued by the editor, publisher, printer or proprietor of any newspaper, or by the printer or proprietor's lead worker or principal clerk.
What does it mean to be served by publication?
Serving a summons or other legal document in a lawsuit on a defendant by publishing the document in an advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation. Service by publication is used to attempt to notify a defendant who is intentionally absent, in hiding, or at an unknown address.
What does it mean to serve someone by publication?
In California, if you do not know the whereabouts of a defendant or respondent, you can petition the court for permission to serve the papers by publication. To serve a party by publication means that you publish the Summons and all required documentation in a newspaper of general circulation.
