VERY CONVENIENT!!!! I had something urgent to fill out and I couldn't fill out the form and this helped me to fill out and E sign as well as send it by email. Thankful I found the site. Needs to be advertised more. I could have used this years ago.

Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

The E.O. permits the DOL to adjust this amount each year. Currently, the federal contractor minimum wage is $10.60 per hour. The minimum amount covered tipped employees performing work on or in connection with covered contracts is $7.40 per hour.

The Fair Labor Standards Act does not apply the minimum wage payment requirement to independent contractors. However, merely classifying a person as a contractor instead of an employee does not automatically keep the worker from being considered an employee entitled to minimum wage.
There is no such thing as a 1099 employee. It becomes the worker's responsibility to pay the employer's portion of social security and Medicare taxes through the self-employment tax. The worker must also perform their own withholding through quarterly payments to the IRS.
