No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

A Deed of Appointment is a legal document that appoints an individual (or professional body) into a specific role. There can be several types of Deeds of Appointment across various areas of law, which are each required for specific matters.

Who can witness a deed of appointment?
A person can be a witness to your signature provided that they are: over 18 years old. Independent (unrelated to you i.e. not a family member). And Not a party to the Deed (nor their husband/wife/civil partner). Witnesses should print and sign their name and provide their full address.
