The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

The forms are extremely easy to work with. In fact, they are easier to work with than the ones provided on the web site for the Courts. There is not a form I've needed that was not available through this web page, which is a huge plus.

Proper use of commenting can make code maintenance much easier, as well as helping make finding bugs faster. Further, commenting is very important when writing functions that other people will use.
Code Comments are not the same as Public API Comments, they serve different purposes and tackle different issues, although using similar mechanics. Comments in the source code can be considered an important Code Smell to watch out for, but depending on their purpose they are legitimately necessary.
In the C Programming Language, you can place comments in your source code that are not executed as part of the program. Comments provide clarity to the C source code allowing others to better understand what the code was intended to accomplish and greatly helping in debugging the code.
Comment function implemented by you with function description, author name, date, lists of parameters, return type, and logic behind solving the problem. If you are going to make any changes in a function written earlier, you should describe what changes you are making and why.
Comments in many programming languages are discussed including modern languages such as C, Java, scripting languages, and older languages such as Ada, COBOL, and FORTRAN.
