I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

Great Program but.....
There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go.
Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising.
Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.

I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

The Put and Call Option is a legally binding contract. It is where two parties buy the right to purchase or to sell an Asset at some point in the future. The parties have the right to either enforce the option or to let the option lapse. The parties choose how long the Options are opened for.
What is a call option deed?
A call option agreement is where the granter gives the grantee (also referred to as the 'option holder') the right, but not the obligation, to buy shares in a company. The option is usually over a pre-determined number of shares at a specified price (sometimes referred to as the 'exercise' or 'strike' price).
What is a call option in real estate?

How does a call option work?
