I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I was able to contact online support and she helped me retrieve my file I am forever grateful. This forms take forever to fill out already and then to loose it. I was very happy. Thank you Elie

I join the annual personal plan and it says if it is annual you will got 65% discount on the $72. However, I noticed after payment that I did not get any discount.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.

Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.
