I received some paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back to sender in a timely manner. PDFfiller was the only way I could do this. I had no access to a printer or fax machine. I'm trying to learn all of the use of the PDFfiller. I am currently trying to learn how to download some of my saved papers and sign them, then send them out. I forgot how I did it yesterday.

Filling in the pdf was great, however when I saved the file using "Save As" the text was not spaced out in the boxes but overwritten making it difficult to read.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use, the signature function too. What do you dislike? History saves only one document and can't change it. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great, so don't hesitate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
