I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

PDF Filler is great. I started with the free trial, then went to the pro, but now I've switched to Basic. I got this for signing contracts on buying and selling my home. Awesome!

To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. Next, write the first and last name of the person you're sending the letter to in the center of the envelope. If you're sending the letter to a business, you can write the business name instead.
Write the return address in the top left corner. Then, write the recipient's address slightly centered on the bottom half of the envelope. To finish, place the stamp in the top right corner.
It's important to put a return address on the back of your envelope. This means we can send the letter back to you if it's delivered to the wrong place. Once you receive your letter back, you can easily write the correct address on a new envelope and send it again.
In a friendly letter, the address is written at the top right and in a formal letter or business letter there are two addresses, one on the top right which is the senders address and one on the left after the first one. The second address will be the receivers address.
Use Sir or Madam if you do not know the recipient's name. Dear Sir, Dear Madam, or Dear Sir or Madam are all perfectly acceptable salutations for a formal letter. This is slightly more personal than a general salutation.
Begin the letter with a salutation. Explain yourself. Start with a question. Share news. Make it interesting. Ask more questions. Compose the last paragraph. Choose a proper closing.
Format Your Letter In the upper left corner, write the date and the IRS address to which you are sending your correspondence. Create a subject line with Re: followed by your IRS notice number. You will see your IRS notice number in the upper right corner of the letter. Often, the notice number begins with CP or LP.
