The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly. The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse. I am thrilled to have found this and reccommend everyone who has a need to fill out forms or find them. Easy to use, downloads perfect and so user friendly. A value contract is a legal agreement with a customer that contains the materials and services that the customer receives within a specified time period, and for a value up to a specified target value. A value contract can contain certain materials or a group of materials (product hierarchy, assortment module).
