Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Very easy to use!!
Walks you through as you are filling out. Very helpful for first time user. Easy to go back to make corrections. I work in the dental field and our software does not convert to medical, so this software made it easy for me to use.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
